Throughout our recruitment process, we collect your personal data when entering information through registration with Digiratina "Careers", we obtain your name and email address, contact number and your CV/resume, cover letter as an employment candidate and consider you for job opportunities within Digiratina. We may also record interview notes and details from any assessments. If a job offer is made, we might collect information from references you provide. Additionally, relevant publicly available information (e.g., from professional networking sites) may be considered.

Spam protection on our forms

Our Contact, Quote and job application forms use Turnstile, a Cloudflare service that checks a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. To run this check, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device, and when your form is submitted our server confirms the result with Cloudflare, sharing your IP address for that purpose. Cloudflare handles this information as described in its privacy policy.

Children's information

Our website is not designed or directed at children. We will not intentionally collect, maintain, or distribute information about anyone under the age of 16.

If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal data without your knowledge, email dpo@digiratina.com and we'll remove it.

  • Standards & trainingAdhering to industry best practices and standards including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and client specific security requirements. Mandatory information security and privacy training as part of onboarding and on an annual basis.
  • Independent validationPeriodic validations by independent bodies to verify Digiratina's compliance with international standards and assess our information security and contractual security postures, respectively.
  • Code of ConductDigiratina employees are expected to adhere to Digiratina's Code of Conduct, Information Security and Privacy policies, and any misuse of information is subject to strict disciplinary actions.

Retention of personal data

3years from collection or submission
  • Inquiries & general dataWe will retain the personal data you have provided for a period of three years from the date it was collected, or until the purposes for which it was collected have been fulfilled, whichever is later. This includes our need to respond to your queries, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, or meet any other purposes outlined in this notice. Unless you notify us of any objection, we will assume your consent for retaining your information for this specified period.
  • Job applicantsFor all applicants, we retain the information you have provided for a period of three years from the date of your profile submission. This allows us to consider you for future job opportunities that align with your qualifications and experience, even if your initial application is unsuccessful.
  • Successful candidatesIf your application is successful, the personal data collected during the recruitment process will become part of your employee file and will be retained in accordance with our internal employee privacy policies.
