Key Responsibilities as Finance Manager:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control company expenditures, focusing on optimizing financial performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with global clients, auditors, banks, tax consultants, and manage tax compliance. Align financial goals with business operations.
  • Process Improvement: Implement financial policies, streamline accounting processes, and utilize technology to improve efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to uphold high standards of financial integrity and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are preferred.
  • 5+ years in accounting roles with a proven record in financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
