Role Overview: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver eager to apply your skills in data analysis, business processes, and gaining business insights? As an Intern Business Analyst (BA) at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you’ll work closely with our Business Analysts and technical teams, gaining hands-on experience in understanding business needs, creating documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities as BA INTERN:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with BAs and team members to understand and document business needs and technical requirements. 
• Documentation & Diagramming Support: Assist in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including process diagrams and flowcharts. 
• Technical-Business Bridging 
• Data Analysis & Reporting 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 
• Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for technology solutions. 
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools is a plus. 
• Familiarity with wireframing tools to support visualization of requirements.
