Key Responsibilities as HR Intern:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with creating flyers and handling social media is an added advantage.
